TechnoDigm™ SPV200 is a pneumatic valve that has been designed specifically to address dripping and tailing issues effectively. The internal design creates a suck-back effect as opposed to standard piston valves. The suck-back feature greatly increases accuracy and repeatability when dispensing materials. This feature prevents droplets from remaining on the dispensing tip when using lower viscosity fluids. This feature also enables the user to control the amount of suck-back via an adjustment knob on top of the valve. It is an effective valve for dispensing medium to high viscosity epoxies and adhesives such as RTV, grease, gasketing epoxies, and high viscosity sealant. The stainless steel body allows the valve to be used for any kind of material even those corrosive types.
