Threebond TB2212B is a single part, heat curing epoxy. 


     Features : Fast curing at low temperature, Good sealing


     Applications : For sealing relays, For molding small parts


Attributes :


* Appearence : Black Paste

* Viscosity : 25000 cps

* Non-volatile components : 99%

* Standard Curing : 80deg C for 30 mts

* Tg = 130 deg C

* CTE = 4 X 10^-5 deg C
